Character Design
It is important to have attractive characters. The main target audience of the show are women in their 30s and 40s who are into cooking shows. The goal is to make a cute but not childish opening title so that it will grab audience attention without getting rejected.
Storyboard
Story is everything, especially for opening titles. The audience decides whether to keep watching the show or move on to something else based on the opening titles.
When I was brainstorming the story for this project, I wanted to make content not only for the main target audience but also something that I can enjoy with my 2-year-old son. I am really successful at getting his attention with this project, even now, over a year later.
